Now that you have created a user account, you need to "Associate it with Your FRN
Go To
Enter your UserName and Password ...then click LOG IN
Click on Associate Username with FRN
Enter FRN and some random comment (anything)
Check the button, and enter your Password for your FRN
Then click Submit
Success ...
Enter your FRN number, then enter a reason for making the Association, and hit Continue.
Click on "Associate User Name to FRN"
